Omnidea-RTG owns and operates a number of facilities including:

• 2 Cleanroms Class 10.000 (ISO 7) with 1 Cleanbench Class 100 (ISO 5)
• Thermal Cycling Chamber with 2,2 m³
• Vacuum Chamber (small)
• Cleaning facility for Ultra Clean Processes
• climatic chamber -65°C / +180°C.

Besides the 2 clean rooms, at Omnidea-RTG, the following equipment’s are available:

• Helium leak tester;
• Astro-Arc welding equipment
• High precision Drilling/Milling machine
• Computer controlled measurement equipment;
• Stereo microscope;
• Bladder tank simulating fuel tanks (w/ deionized water);
• Burst pressure capability up to 2000 bar (liquid);
• Tube bending device
